Nutrition
Nutrition is one of the foundations of good health. I offer personalised naturopathic nutrition support to help you understand what your body needs and how food, habits and lifestyle may be affecting your health.
This may include support with digestion, energy, blood sugar balance, weight management, hormones, sleep, inflammation and long-term metabolic health.
Sleep Health
Sleep underpins physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Poor sleep can affect energy, mood, appetite, immune function, gut health, weight gain, blood sugar balance, focus, resilience and recovery.
I help clients understand what may be disrupting their sleep and work together on implementing practical proven techniques and routines, in combination with nutritional plans, mindset and relaxation to support better rest and daily energy.
Mindset, Meditation & Mindfulness
The way we think, breathe and respond to stress has a powerful effect on health. Meditation and mindfulness can help calm the nervous system, improve self-awareness and create more space between old patterns and new choices.
This work supports stress reduction, emotional balance, confidence, focus and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.
Cultivating mindful practice allows us to live fully immersed in the moment, presents the opportunity to escape from over thinking and enjoy life.
Coaching & Habit Change
Knowing what to do is not always the hard part. The challenge is often turning knowledge into consistent action.
Coaching helps you clarify your goals, understand what gets in the way, and builds in practical habits that support long-term change.
As a qualified mBIT Coach I help clients make clearer, more aligned decisions by working with the bodies whole intelligence rather than focusing on thoughts alone. When every aspect of our being is aligned we find purpose and drive enabling us to shift to a new level of ficus and capability and contentment.
Reiki & Energy Work
Reiki and energy work can offer a calm, restorative space for relaxation, reflection and emotional release.
For some clients, this supports the deeper part of the work — helping them feel more grounded, connected and open to change.
Reiki has a habit of subtly and quietly undoing the deeper tangle and knots of our being bringing clear sense of purpose, spirit and health.
