I now offer one-to-one naturopathic nutrition consultations at Rowen Tree Health in Bristol, supporting adults who want clear, practical and personalised guidance to improve their health and wellbeing.
My approach is holistic, which means I look beyond food alone. In a consultation, we may explore digestion, energy, sleep, stress, hormones, mood, blood sugar balance, lifestyle, habits and environment. This helps us understand what may be affecting your health and where support may be most useful.
People come to nutrition for many reasons. You may want support with low energy, poor sleep, digestion, healthy weight management, blood sugar balance, hormonal health, stress-related eating, or simply feel that your current diet and lifestyle are no longer working for you.
In your first consultation, we take time to explore your health history, current symptoms, eating patterns, lifestyle, goals and any recent blood test results. From there, I create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan that is realistic, clear and suited to your life.
Where appropriate, we may also discuss further testing or functional testing to gain deeper insight into areas such as nutrient status, gut health, blood sugar balance, hormones, thyroid function, inflammation or stress response. Testing is not always needed, but it can sometimes help guide a more targeted plan. It does not replace medical diagnosis or GP care.
As an experienced nutritional therapist, holistic health practitioner and qualified coach, I help clients make practical and sustainable changes through the way they eat, think and live. Over the last five years, I have specialised in metabolic health and sleep, supporting clients to improve daily energy, cognitive function, weight balance and overall vitality.
