Introduction to Holistic Health, Healing & Wellbeing

Health & Wellbeing.

This group is for people wanting to improve their health and wellbeing through holistic practices that work on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

At the beginning of the course, you will set a personal health outcome, which will be your main focus throughout the three sessions. 

On this course you will learn about nutrition, meditation & mindfulness, energy flow, the power of positive outcome thinking and most importantly how to apply them in your everyday life.

You will deepen your personal & spiritual connection with yourself and others, improve your communication skills & your health and wellbeing.

We will access learning, knowledge and skills from nutritional science, meditational practices, mBIT & NLP coaching, sound healing, spiritual healing and energy flow practices.

3 x 90 minute sessions at £10 per session.

Classes roll every last 3 weeks of the month.
